MCN Sports Inc. joins forces with Las Vegas’ Ultimate Sports and Entertainment Resort.

MCN Sports Inc., a division of MultiCast Networks Holdings Inc., has teamed up with Ultimate Sport Entertainment, Inc. a Las Vegas corporation, to assist in the development of the Ultimate Sports and Entertainment Resort.

MCN Sports Inc. will web stream all live sporting and entertainment events and content from within the world’s first sports-mega-resort complex, which includes ten sports arenas and a 150,000 sq. foot casino.

This multi-venue complex will have many different events occurring simultaneously and MCN Sports Inc. will provide superior web streaming services to a global audience through such means as its soon-to-launch 24-hour sports network.

Located in North Las Vegas near the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, this $4 billion (U.S.) resort will house a 26,000-seat main arena, a 10,000-seat action sports arena and a 5,000-seat swim & dive center, among its ten sports arenas, and will play host more than 65 sporting events, such as arena football, basketball, boxing, ice hockey, gymnastics, lacrosse and ultimate fighting.
